Standard & Country 25 Treatment Fees
Our Standard Dental Fee Level is the average fee level of a WA rural dentist published by the Australian Dental Association 2018/2019 fee survey.
We have introduced our Country 25 Fee level which is available to all our patients as our contribution to improving this community’s dental health and is a 25% reduction on the Standard WA Dentists Fee. This reduction is available to all patients.
We also provide an After Hours and Weekend Emergency Call Service.
Private Health Insurance – More Savings.
We are registered with all major Health Funds as a Dental Provider for you to receive your rebate.
If you have private dental extras insurance with your health fund we automatically claim your insurance rebate on the day with our HICAPS electronic claims system.You will need to bring your Membership Card.
Your treatment is individual and made up of different components which may vary as your treatment progresses. If you do not have Private Health Dental Cover we will always give you an approximation of charges which will be at our Country 25 discount level and Dr Morgan will outline a variety of treatment plans to suit your finances and you can then choose.
We will only carry out work that we consider clinically justifiable and ethical.
If there is a charge payable then we accept a range of payment methods which includes cash, cheques, debit and most major credit cards.
All payments to us are receipted.
Payment is collected at the end of each appointment
Missed Appointment and Late Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or change your appointment we ask for 24 hours notice – and to help you remember we will send you a computer generated text to your mobile phone to remind you of the appointment.
We do not charge for missed appointments but we may not give you another if you regularly miss appointments without prior cancellation.
